The customer must make the payment on the day and at the time of cleaning.

Please help us to keep our employees’ payments up to date. Avoid making your cleaning payment late.

I ask for your understanding to write the day of your cleaning on your calendar, it will prevent that my employees arrive at your door to perform their good work and find nobody home or because you have forgotten to leave the keys.

It’s frustrating for everyone, you won’t get you home clean , our employees won’t get their payment.

Contact our team at 978-770-4906 from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, 8 days in advance. Cancellations made within 24 business hours will be charged a 50% fee and same-day cancellations or if staff cannot gain access to the house or are away from the door, the customer will be charged the full amount of cleaning.

when rescheduling a recurring cleaning for more than 7 days from the date original, an additional fee will be added to cover the work additional (check the customer manual).

We understand that unforeseen events happen. Please contact us to reschedule your recurring cleaning 8 days in advance. If you reschedule within 7 days of your initial cleaning day, there will be no additional charge.
