when rescheduling a recurring cleaning for more than 7 days from the date original, an additional fee will be added to cover the work additional (check the customer manual).
We understand that unforeseen events happen. Please contact us to reschedule your recurring cleaning 8 days in advance. If you reschedule within 7 days of your initial cleaning day, there will be no additional charge.

We normally schedule cleaning between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We provide an estimated time of arrival but work with a two hour window. Our cleaning team will do their best to arrive on schedule, however traffic conditions, late cancellations, bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the schedule.
